Therefore, since there is no order, payment, or delivery process made through the website, return requests are not processed directly through the website.

If you purchased Mallard’s products through Trendyol or other authorized sales channels, return and cancellation procedures must be initiated through the relevant platform.

To create a return request, you should follow the “My Orders,” “Return Request,” or similar steps on the platform where you made the purchase.

3. Return Conditions for Cosmetic Products

Cosmetic products are products related to health and hygiene. Therefore, returns may not be accepted for products whose packaging, protective seal, shrink wrap, security band, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery, or for products that have been used, tested, or are no longer suitable for resale.
